Principal
Physiotherapist
Wiz jointly created CCT with her friend and colleague Julia Terteryan (OT) in 2009.
Wiz has been a children’s physiotherapist for many years having trained and qualified in London which is where she has worked for her entire career; within the NHS before moving into independent practice.
She is an active member of APCP (Association of Chartered Paediatric Physiotherapists)
Wiz believes strongly in physiotherapy being a positive experience for children where they feel listened to, are central to their care, whilst helping them achieve their potential.
Principal OT
Julia is an experienced paediatric occupational therapist with a long career in the NHS prior to starting independent practice in 2001 and establishing
CCT in 2009.
She has worked with Wiz Chilton, physiotherapist since starting in independent practice and both continue to enjoy a strong sense of shared values in their work.
Julia has worked extensively in central London teaching hospitals, social services and in special school settings.
She believes deeply in the value of family focused care, streamlined and effective evidence based occupational therapy and close team work in her practice.
Since a move into private practice Julia has worked in special schools, mainstream schools and clinic settings – always with a multidisciplinary team around her.
Julia strives to keep OT sessions fun and to support children to ultimately feel confident, capable and calm as they pursue their daily activities.
Senior OT
Michele has been with
CCT since 2016.
She hails from The United States, but has made London her home. In her practice, she uses a quiet, gentle, and practical approach to daily function.
She loves technology and is excited to explore the latest app, gadget, or software to support her patients. At the weekends, Michele spends her time in galleries, museums, and on her Peloton bike.
Senior OT
Clare qualified as an OT in 2012 from Brunel University and has pursued a career supporting children from babies to 25 years in schools, clinics and
homes.
She is a fun therapist who can quickly develop excellent working relationships.
Clare has extensive experience working with children who have a wide variety of additional needs.
Clare has a strong focus on delivering effective, efficient, evidence based therapy that is generalised across
all settings of a child’s life.
Senior OT
Carolyn joined
CCT
as a Senior therapist following a move to London in 2017, leaving a paediatric OT practise and working with Trinity College in Dublin.
Carolyn has really enjoyed working with Julia, her team and the London families over the past years, but has now stepped back from full-time practise due to her own family commitments. She remains an Associate member of the team.
